Tags And Events: Recap And Verify

The core loop here is one move: the page pushes an event, a Custom Event trigger matches its name, and a tag (a GA4 Event tag, or the course's Custom HTML stand-in) fires. Enhanced Measurement covers a few of these for free, and YouTube has its own built-in trigger.
